The 2002 Philip K. Dick Awards will be presented April 18th at a ceremony at Norwescon 26 at the Doubletree in Seatac, Washington. The award ceremony, from 7 - 8:30 PM, includes a dessert buffet and reception for the nominees, readings from each of the nominated works, and the presentation of certificates and checks to the winners of the award and the special citation.
